REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Glowing Gifts does not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations of orders under any circumstances. We are not responsible for wrongly ordered basket, boxes or tray sizes, décor colours and acrylic name or message cuts.
Glowing Gifts delivers to UK mainland only. We do not deliver internationally or to any offshore islands (e.g. Scottish highlands, Northern Ireland, etc.)
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, total number of items in your order and delivery location.
All parcels are delivered only by DPD. DPD will deliver parcels from Monday to Friday, 9-5pm and will NOT deliver on weekends.
You will receive an automated email confirmation of your order soon after placing your order. Please check your junk/spam email folder if you don't see it.
Please consider a 7-14 working day period (from Order Date) for all customer orders to be made and delivered. We do not have the option for next day delivery or named day delivery for our products. You will be notified if your order is delayed for any reason.
During busier periods (Christmas, Valentines, Mother’s/Father’s Day) turnaround times may significantly increase.
In the case that the shop is closed, your order will be processed upon reopening of the shop.
